Scotts crew did an install for me 9 years ago, they did a great job and left the house as clean as they found it. Twice since then I've had small issues with it, nothing they did, just usual maintenence. Instead of coming out for a simple issue and charging me a service fee, Scott has walked me through how to figure it out myself over the phone, and never charged me a dime for it. I've got nothing but good to say about these guys

Thank you Montgomery Gas for installing heat pumps in our home. Their service was great from start to finish. Scott came out and explained what I needed and gave me a quote. Technicians Ashton and Michael, installed everything in one day even though it was raining heavily. They did an excellent job and explained everything to me. I have had several HVAC companies in my home before but almost all of them just promised to do the job but never followed up. Montgomery Gas takes pride in their work and their customers! Just after midnight on January 18, 2024 I woke up to a broken furnace and now contemplating having to buy a new furnace. I texted Mr Montgomery asking whether he’d be able to take a look in the morning. By 6:00 am I got a response back saying I will be there in the morning and he was. You cannot ask for a better service than that. He was so concerned that It would be too uncomfortable for me and he even got my fire place working so that I would have some heat until he could return to install a new furnace. In short, our furnace of 20 years finally crapped out mid winter. Yes mild we have two kids and I want to keep everybody warm one call and I dealt with Scott. my furnace stopped working on a cold January day and I called Mr Montgomery and he came as scheduled and fixed the furnace within 15 minutes, this was a furnace I was previously told needed to be replaced- and I will - just not today 🙂 thanks to Mr Montgomery. I worked for 1 year in a position alongside HVAC specialists and I have never seen such honesty, kindness and above all skill and professionalism. I will definitely be using him when the time comes to replace my HVAC system. Ten stars if possible, I 100% recommend! Keep up the good work Sir!

Our AC unit failed in the dead of the summer heat, and I called Scott first thing in the morning after the Civic long weekend. Scott was friendlly, courteous and willing to help. Within an hour of my phone call, Scott's son, Austin, was at our front door.A young man with a professional approach and mindset, the first thing he did was introduce himself by first name and extended his hand to greet me. This is how a positive reputation and brand is built!Austin went right to work and within 15 minutes, our AC unit was blowing cool air again. Austin proceeded to outline the repair he undertook, gave me a few tips on how I can help to extend the life of our unit and outlined a realistic maintenance schedule that was rooted in honesty and experience, not financial gain.I will be using Montgomery Gas Heating and Cooling for all things HVAC and will encourgae my community and circle of influence to do the same. A/C is required because of health reasons in my home, it didn’t work after Telus installed a thermostat incorrectly and Montgomery figured out the problem fast and fixed it just as fast. I called at 10:00 am and they sent a professional guy named Austin, he was here in 45 minutes! A/C is back on and all is good again.

2022 we added an addition for an office on property that required a whole new system. Scott and his team have been able to work around the other trades and accommodate us on delays due to weather. They always showed up on time, worked in a professional manner, left the job site clean and the finished product looks great! We will use them again for any future installs or repairs to our systems.2018 purchased a new location that required a Gas ranged moved, new blower in a fireplace and a potential leaking line. The restoration company taking care of our home hired Scott Montgomery of Montgomery Gas to come out and service/clean our furnace and ensure that everything was in working order and safe for my family. Called Thursday evening because I had no hot water. They showed up Friday morning and diagnosed the issue. Knowing that I really couldn't go without hot water for 3 days, because of a long weekend, they were here early Saturday morning, removed the old hot water tank and installed a new tankless system. Called Montgomery heating and cooling to have 2 gas fireplaces installed, as well as a tankless water system. Our furnace decided to shut down 3 days before install, and one call to Scott and he was able to order a furnace to install the same day as the other work, Scott was professional and took pride in his business. Sunday morning furnace failure in cold January and my normal company isn't open, has no answering machine and no emergency number. YIKES!!! I ask friends and family for suggestions. I honestly can’t recommend Montgomery Gas highly enough! Our call to Montgomery Gas was quick and efficient. Knowing we needed our fireplace in working order asap, they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Austin was the tech who came out and he was awesome! I can't say enough about these guys.... They installed both a new furnace and air conditioner. They were quick and efficient and it was clear that cleanliness and professionalism were a core value. They went out of their way to ensure my expectations were exceeded. When I did have an issue (of my own doing in retrospect), Scott and Austin were literally at my house in a matter of minutes and the problem identified and corrected in less than an hour. Scott is very professional, and I will always use them for our heating and cooling needs. Another job well done! Thank you!! I will also say that since we just got a new heater, Austin and if I'm not mistaken Kevin (I hope that is right) were extremely professional and polite gentleman. I was not expecting them to roll out the "blue" carpet so to speak. They covered my stairs and my floors all the way to the basement! I highly recommend this company!

I had a ductless air conditioning system installed. Scott knew right away which system to suggest and explained everything on how it would work. I have used Montgomery Gas for years and they continue to excel in their work. Amazing, pleasant experience. Had furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater installed and all work was completed promptly and very professionally by Montgomery Gas Services in Port Colborne. I was so pleased with how respectful they were of my home. They put down runners everywhere to prevent tracked-in debris, and they cleaned everything meticulously after the jobs were done.I would strongly recommend Scott and his crew (Mark, Ashton and Austin) to anyone who needs any of these services. He is extremely honest, reliable and he responds quickly to phone calls, or messages. My parents and their close family friend replaced their furnaces within the last year and chose Montgomery Gas Services as well. They were also very pleased with Scott's reliability and work ethics, as well as his pleasant customer service skills. Scotts crew did an install for me 9 years ago,... they did a great job and left the house as clean as they found it. Twice since then I've had small issues with it, nothing they did, just usual maintenence. Instead of coming out for a simple issue and charging me a service fee, Scott has walked me through how to figure it out myself over the phone, and never charged me a dime for it. Thank you Montgomery Gas for installing heat... pumps in our home. Their service was great from start to finish. Scott came out and explained what I needed and gave me a quote. Technicians Ashton and Michael, installed everything in one day even though it was raining heavily. They did an excellent job and explained everything to me.
